PORTFOLIO

For the final project of the semester, I used Adobe InDesign to create a portfolio with all of my creative work done for this course. This was by far my favorite project of the semester. I really enjoyed learning how to use InDesign, and I have said this once before, but InDesign is my favorite Adobe program. This project was like a trip down memory lane for me. I loved putting all my projects together, and seeing how much I improved since the first project.
However, I am not going to lie, this project was the one that took me the most time to complete. It was tricky at first with deciding my color palette and the design I wanted to use. In the end, it turned out exactly liked I imagined. I used the same three tools as last project: Rectangle Tool, Rectangle Frame Tool, and the Text Tool. I used the Rectangle tool to insert the background colors. Then, I used the Rectangle Frame tool to insert all of my images. Lastly, I used the Text Tool to insert my text. I also added page number to the bottom right of the pages so it would give a more organized look to it.
I have learned so many great skills from this class that I will take with me forever. I am 100% sure that these skills will put me ahead when looking for internships and jobs because mastering the Adobe Programs is something many employers look for. So, thank you Professor Roundtree for this teaching this amazing course and pushing me to be the most creative I've ever been in my life.
